How To Use The Lead Select Intravenous: Discovery Kit

What’s In It?

The LSIV: Discovery Kit is a ready-to-use kit containing:

How Do You Use It?

You simply dissolve your drug in the Liquid A (Transfer Medium) in the empty vial provided. If the compound dissolves, add 1 part of this clear Liquid A to 9 parts of the Liquid B (Lipid Dispersion). If the resultant solution is visually clear, you know you have solubilized your compound. It really is as simple as that.

Typically, upon addition of the drug in Transfer Medium to the Lipid Dispersion, the drug immediately precipitates but then instantly solubilizes into the submicron-sized lipid structures.

How Do You Store It?

Liquid A (Transfer Medium) should be stored at room temperature and Liquid B (Lipid Dispersion) should be kept at 2-8°C and protected from light.
